Job summary

Beaumont Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and daily living support to patients in their homes. Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM - 5PM).

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and monitoring patient condition. Travel to patients’ homes within the service area. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 1 year of nurse aide experience required.
• STNA certification or completion of a 75-hour CNA/nurse aide training program.
• Skills competency test score of 80% or higher.
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work well with patients and families.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and other personal care.
• Assist with meals, laundry, light housekeeping, and mobility.
• Support ambulation and range-of-motion exercises as directed.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow the patient’s plan of care, company policies, and state regulations.
• Travel to patients’ homes within the assigned service area.
