Job summary

Green Palms Health & Rehab of St. Marys is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am) in St. Marys, Ohio.

The role focuses on personal care, vital signs, and ensuring resident dignity and comfort. Training on PointClickCare will be provided, and shifts include every other weekend and holiday. We offer competitive wages and a shift differential for 3rd shift, with a collaborative, resident-centered team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid State of Ohio CNA license.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate PointClickCare software.
• Duties include helping residents with baths, grooming, and feeding.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with baths, personal grooming, and feeding.
• Turn or reposition bedridden residents and monitor vital signs.
• Document fluid and meal intake and output following procedures.

As a Certified Nurse Aide at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you play a critical role in the care of our residents. You are committed to the highest level of care and responsible for the delivery of resident care (baths, personal grooming, feeding) Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden, take resident's vital signs, and record fluid and meal intake and output. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety. Strives to incorporate the facility’s goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for all our resident’s dignity. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents. • Every other weekend and every other Holiday rotations are required
