Job summary

Green Palms Health & Rehab Center of St. Marys is hiring CNAs/STNAs to care for residents in a sub-acute facility in St. Marys, OH. You will assist with baths, grooming, feeding, and daily activities, while ensuring safety and comfort for each resident.

Responsibilities include turning or repositioning bedridden residents, recording intake and outputs, and monitoring vital signs. A compassionate team plays a key role in delivering high-quality care daily.

7:00am - 3:00pm Part Time shift available

3:00pm - 11:00pm Part Time Shift available

11:00pm - 7:00am Part Time Shift available

As a CNA/STNA at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you play a critical role in the care of our residents. You are committed to the highest level of care and responsible for the delivery of resident care (baths, personal grooming, feeding) Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden, take resident's vital signs, and record fluid and meal intake and output. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety. Strives to incorporate the facility’s goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for all our resident’s dignity. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents. • Every other weekend and every other Holiday rotations are required

Wages based on licensure years of service and will be discussed during the interview process.

Shift Differentials are 2nd and 3rd shifts only.
