Cedars of Lebanon in Ohio is seeking a CNA for the Behavioral Unit on dayshift. Our team delivers compassionate resident care in a family-oriented atmosphere.

You will provide direct care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, document care, participate in assessments and care planning, and offer emotional support.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• STNA certification in Ohio required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience as an STNA; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care and mobility assistance.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
