Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a dedicated CNA for the Behavioral Unit night shift. You will provide direct resident care, monitor vitals, assist with daily activities, and document care accurately to support resident wellbeing.

Must be STNA in Ohio, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be ready to start as a new graduate. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and a caring team focused on resident dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience as an STNA encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
