Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a CNA (STNA) for dayshift on either part-time or full-time schedules. You will deliver direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and document care in the resident record. Qualifications

• Must hold an STNA license in Ohio and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care and mobility assistance.
• Monitor vital signs and document care accurately.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Support mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration.
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning and team meetings.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
