Job summary

The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Broadview Heights, OH is seeking a compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for a part-time 3:00 PM–7:00 PM shift.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, support the nursing team, respond to calls, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment while building strong relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Compassionate and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM–7:00 PM shift.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care.
• Assist residents during the busy afternoon and evening hours.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Support the nursing team with resident care and daily routines.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.

The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our nursing team for a convenient 3 PM–7 PM shift!

This shorter evening shift is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours, extra income, or a schedule that works around school, family, or another position.

What You’ll Do

As an STNA, you’ll play an important role in providing quality care and creating a positive experience for our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Providing compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care

• Assisting residents during the busy afternoon and evening hours

• Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights

• Supporting the nursing team with resident care and daily routines

• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nurse

• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

What We’re Looking For
