Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide compassionate and attentive resident care.
• Assist residents during the busy afternoon and evening hours.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Support the nursing team with daily routines and resident care.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
