Job summary

Momentous Healthcare in Franklin, OH seeks a compassionate STNA to support residents with daily living activities and health needs. The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and teamwork in a caring environment.

The STNA will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, maintain a clean resident environment, and advocate for residents’ mental health and social needs as part of a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Current STNA license in Ohio.
• Experience working with elderly population.
• Experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare preferred.
• Empathy and care for those needing help.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and other tasks.
• Takes and records vital signs.
• Cares for the resident’s environment and assists with cleaning as needed.
• Meets resident’s mental health and social service needs and advocates for residents.

To Qualify as a STNA:

• Current STNA License in Ohio
• Prior experience working with the elderly population
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred
• Empathy and care for those that need help
• Effective communication skills

Some of Your Responsibilities as a STNA:

• Assists residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including Bathing, Dressing, Eating, Toileting and other ADL tasks as needed
• Takes and records vital signs.
• Cares for the resident’s environment and assists with cleaning as needed
• Meets resident’s mental health and social service needs and advocates for resident as needed
