Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Oregon in Ohio is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our caregiving team. You will provide essential patient care on 8-hour shifts, including help with feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, and linen changes, under the supervision of licensed nurses.

The position offers a competitive wage based on experience, daily pay options, and benefits including a 401(k) plan. Full-time and part-time openings are available on three rotating shifts: 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM,

Qualifications

• Must possess Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Experience with basic patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linen changes.
• Record vital signs and report observations to nurses.
• Gather information from caregivers and physicians about patient condition and plans.
• Observe patients for symptoms requiring medical attention.

State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities include:

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens. Additional STNA responsibilities include:

• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed
• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities
• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans
• Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate
• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities
• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses

State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA Qualifications:

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification
