Nahan in Minnesota is seeking a Stitcher Operator I to operate and maintain ink jet and bindery machinery, producing catalogs and direct mailers. You will set up equipment, monitor quality, and ensure efficient production in a 12-hour day shift environment.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Overtime and weekend work may be required, with strong safety and TPM practices emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bindery equipment per job instructions.
• Ensure final product meets quality standards through cutting, folding, gluing, trimming, and assembling.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Load paper stock and adjust machine parameters per specs.
• Track job progress and report delays or issues.
