Job summary

Nahan, a long-standing Minnesota printing company, seeks a Stitcher Operator II in our Finishing department. This role binds printed pages into catalogs, mailers, and similar pieces, ensuring quality and timely production.

You will support Stitcher Operator I, train teammates, troubleshoot issues, and participate in TPM and lean practices. The job may require long shifts, weekends, and overtime as part of the Purple Schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform job OK’s and sample checks for Stitcher operations.
• Assist operator with training employees to operate equipment.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot problems.
• Operate stitcher to cover Stitcher Operator I.
• Maintain quality standards and TPM tasks and safety procedures.
