Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain high-speed Heidelberg and Muller saddle stitchers plus supporting bindery equipment
• Perform routine maintenance including knife changes, stitch head adjustments, greasing, and lubrication
• Monitor production flow, quality, and safety across the department to hit tight deadlines
• Collaborate with the Plant Manager, Operations team, and leads from Folding & Cutting
• Review job instructions, make smart decisions on stitching methods, and ensure top-tier accuracy
• Keep detailed production records while maintaining impeccable housekeeping and safety standards

What You Bring

• Solid hands-on experience with Heidelberg and Muller saddle stitchers (or similar high-volume equipment)
• Knowledge of shrink wrappers, wafer sealers, gluing, and mailing systems
• Strong math and measurement skills with the ability to interpret written instructions
• A proven track record of reliability, excellent attendance, and great teamwork
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a positive safety-first attitude
• Readiness to work overtime and weekends when big jobs demand it
