Requisition Number: 28734. Required Travel: 11‑25%. Employment Type: Full Time/Salaried/Exempt. Anticipated Salary Range: $83,593.00 - $125,000.00. Security Clearance: TS/SCI. Level of Experience: Mid HI.

Job Summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced All‑Source Analyst to support intelligence operations aligned with USSOUTHCOM’s mission priorities. The role focuses on identifying, tracking, and dismantling transnational criminal organizations and narcotics trafficking networks within the Western hemisphere.

Responsibilities
  • Research, author, and disseminate intelligence products in accordance with ICD‑203.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts, law enforcement, and Partner Nations to facilitate information sharing and support USSOUTHCOM Commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements.
  • Coordinate across USSOUTHCOM elements and present analytic findings to senior leaders and interagency partners.
  • Analyze industry, market, and government-provided data to identify threat networks.
  • Support fusion of HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and FININT into intelligence products.
  • Conduct all‑source analysis on networks such as TCOs, FTOs, and VEOs designated by the USSOUTHCOM Commander.
  • Assist in campaign and mission briefings, HVI analysis, nodal mapping, and ISR planning.
  • Provide input aligned with government intelligence objectives.
  • Prepare threat network intelligence products and contribute to targeting packages.
  • Conduct nodal and network analysis and document/media exploitation.
  • Develop and deliver intelligence findings at tactical and operational levels.
  • Support production related to threat awareness, force protection, and indications and warnings.
  • Participate in secure meetings, VTCs, and interagency engagements; report findings in written and verbal formats.
  • Contribute to investigations through analysis, deconfliction, and target development.
Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance, current or to be maintained.
  • Demonstrated understanding of threat network analysis and network development.
  • Strong understanding of law enforcement intelligence frameworks, targeting processes, and regulatory environments (e.g., Title 10/50/18/21 authorities).
  • Excellent writing, briefing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with intelligence analysis tools and databases (e.g., Palantir, Analyst Notebook, TAC).
  • Proven expertise in Latin America regional dynamics, cross‑border smuggling methods, and TCO tactics.
  • Experience working with interagency and joint task forces supporting border security or counter‑drug operations.
  • Education & Experience Requirements
    • Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field; or 3 years relevant experience with a Master’s; or High School Diploma with 9 years relevant experience.
    • Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s; or 7 years relevant experience with a Master’s; or High School Diploma with 13 years relevant experience.
    • Level 5: 15 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s; or 13 years relevant experience with a Master’s; or High School Diploma with 19 years relevant experience.
Preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all‑source intelligence analysis, with at least 1 year focused on CN/CTOC issues.
  • Experience utilizing analysis toolsets such as Analyst Notebook.
  • Experience with PAI or All‑Source analytic principles.
  • Experience with search techniques, information databases, data visualization, and related tools.
  • Knowledge of other intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, GEOINT, OSINT).
Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Must be capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
