Job summary

Ace Retail Group in Cooperstown, NY is seeking a part-time Stihl Technician who delivers excellent customer service and supports store operations. Qualifications

• Six months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate cash register, handle transactions and balance cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise queries using the SALES process.
• Receive, unpack, and replenish stock; build displays per plan-o-gram.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct nightly recovery and cleanliness.
• Engage customers to maximize Ace Rewards participation; follow cash control procedures.
• Assist with color matching, paint services, and other in-store service areas.
