Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Stihl certification is preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Stihl and other small-engine power equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and adjustments.
• Test equipment performance to ensure safe operation and reliability.
• Maintain service records, work orders, and inventory logs.
• Provide customers with repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Stay updated with Stihl service bulletins and training opportunities.
• Support store operations and team members as needed.
