Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks an Assessment Coordinator, Stickers, to support the Autograph Operations team. You will ensure sticker autos are accurately accounted for by program and assist in finalization and packout of products. Passion for sports and entertainment is a strong fit.

Role requires a degree in business/analytics and 2–3 years in warehouse or production inventory/quality control, with ERP and data-visualization experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or related field is required.
• 2–3 years in warehouse or production environments focusing on inventory management or quality control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sticker autographs post-quality control before data entry into reporting base.
• Deliver stickers to manufacturing partners on time to keep programs on schedule.
• Physically pull and slate stickers for product reservations per priorities.
• Communicate program updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sticker coordination team across multiple licensed verticals.
