Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking an Operator (Stick Pack) in Fremont, CA to set up and run Stick Pack and Bartelt packaging equipment for powder packets. You will monitor quality, maintain equipment, and ensure safe, efficient production across shifts.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with high-speed packaging equipment. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Stick Pack equipment preferred (Viking 10-Lane) or similar brands.

Responsibilities

• Set up, sanitize, operate, and perform routine maintenance on Stick Pack and Bartelt equipment.
• Monitor product quality and production procedures during runs.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently; identify and escalate issues as needed.
• Configure equipment per product packaging specs and maintain cleanliness of production areas.
• Perform sanitation and hygiene-related tasks and document results.
• Coordinate with QC for swab testing and sanitation records.
• Complete production documentation and meet targets.
