Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in the Stewarding department. You will ensure an adequate supply of clean china, glass, and silver across outlets and allocate goods appropriately.

The role includes assisting in training and scheduling Stewarding staff and maintaining inventories in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Steward in a high-volume operation.
• Ability to train and schedule staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Stewarding operations.
• Ensure an adequate supply of clean china, glass and silver is available to all outlets.
• Guarantee the proper allocation of goods to the proper outlet.
• Assist in training and scheduling of the Stewarding department staff.
• Aid in maintaining inventories.
