Job summary

The Lodge at Torrey Pines, part of Evans Hotels LLC, seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to lead stewarding teams, ensure highest cleanliness and sanitation, and coordinate with kitchen and banquet operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and the ability to obtain a San Diego County Food Handler certification. The role offers stable full-time employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in stewarding or hotel housekeeping.
• Experience running a shift, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
• Ability to attain a San Diego County Food Handler certification on hire (training provided).
• RBS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and motivates stewarding associates to meet standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation across kitchens and related areas.
• Reviews BEOs and oversees setup, staff assignments, and post-event breakdown.
• Liaises with other departments to ensure quality service and safety.
