Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor for a full-time role. This position oversees shift activities, trains staff, and ensures policies are followed.

The role may include night shifts and varied days, with a strong focus on quality, productivity and safety. The successful candidate will have stewarding and supervisory experience, with a fixed pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Training employees and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating performance and rewarding high performers, disciplining underperformers.
• Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring quality, productivity and safety.
• Serving as the point of contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentoring staff and encouraging advancement within the organization.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
