Job description

As the Stewarding Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Supervising the cleaning of any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel
2. Training new stewards/implementing new training to existing team
3. Assisting in other projects deemed appropriate by the Executive Steward

• Minimum of at least 2 years of hotel or casino stewarding experience
