Job Title: Stewarding Supervisor

As the Stewarding Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Supervising the cleaning of areas within the food and beverage department of the hotel
2. Training new stewards and implementing new training programs for existing team members
3. Assisting in other projects as deemed appropriate by the Executive Steward

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel or casino stewarding experience
• Prior stewarding experience strongly preferred
• Open availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by business levels
• Strong team building and relationship skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weights
