Position Summary

Stewarding Supervisor overseeing all stewarding functions, inventory, staffing, and event support within the Food & B everage department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Hire and train stewarding staff.
• Maintain labor controls and cost.
• Deliver food to prospective functions and manage set‑up and breakdown.
• Participate in in‑house event‑related meetings and communicate changes to other departments.
• Maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher.
• Operate the main dish machine and maintain related chemicals and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

Lifting up to 25 lbs.; sustained standing, walking, pushing, and pulling of equipment.
