Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee food, beverage, and meal services in a dynamic environment.

You will supervise production, ensure quality and timely service, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while leading a great team across premium spaces. Excellent communication and physical stamina are required for long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Provides the first level of supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while also overseeing production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee premium spaces assigned ensuring the set-up, execution and break-down are within company standards.
• Ensures high quality and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
• Reviews menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.
• Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly.
• Communicates to staff regularly.
• Enforces safety standards with employees.
• Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs-off on cleaning procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to push and pull carts of product.
• Ability to lift equipment and product up to 50 pounds.
