Compass Group USA, via Levy venues, is hiring a first-level supervisor of food, beverage and meal services, overseeing production and ensuring high quality, well-presented foods within established time frames. You will monitor staff, review menus, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and communicate with teams to maintain service excellence.

• Visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction.
• Communicates regularly with staff, both formally and informally.
• Enforces safety standards with employees.
• Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs off on cleaning procedures.
