Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Austin is seeking a dedicated Stewarding Associate to join our kitchen team and maintain cleanliness in dining areas. Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces.
• Ensure all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
• Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
