Job summary

Legends Global is hiring a Steward to support venue operations at SoFi Stadium. You will maintain cleanliness of dishes, kitchen tools, and food prep areas, and assist with transporting items around the venue.

Candidates must hold CA Food Handlers and CA RBS certifications and be available for events including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role offers hourly compensation of $28.22 per hour and the chance to join an Equal Opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glass and silverware
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans
• Store all equipment in proper locations
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb ladders
• Overhead reaching

The Steward is responsible for the cleanliness of dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.

The Steward is responsible for the cleanliness of dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.

Qualifications

• Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

Compensation: $28.22ph
