Job summary

Red Ledges Golf Club in Heber City, UT, is seeking a full-time Steward/Prep Cook for a seasonal position lasting up to 6 months. It offers $11.00 per hour with opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality setting under Troon.

Responsibilities include keeping the kitchen clean, stocking, and following safe work practices. Training is provided; ServSafe certification is preferred and attendance must be reliable.

Red Ledges Golf Club, located in Herber City, UT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Steward/Prep Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$11.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Steward/Prep Cook:

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk‑in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk‑in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Steward:

• No prior experience required but will train.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Regular and Reliable attendance.
