Job summary

Red Ledges Golf Club, located in Heber City, UT, seeks a full-time Cook for a seasonal assignment of up to six months. This position offers growth within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property operated by Troon.

Responsibilities include maintaining standards in food production, expediting orders, sanitation, and supporting banquet functions while ensuring consistent quality and safe operations.

• Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets.
• Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product.

Red Ledges Golf Club, located in Heber City, UT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Key Responsibilities of the Cook:

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Helps reduce loss/waste.

Minimum Qualifications for the Cook:

• Associates Culinary Degree and2 years of Culinary Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.
