Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico invites a polished Steward to join our luxury kitchen team. You will maintain cleanliness, sanitation and operational standards across china, glass, silver and kitchen areas, supporting production needs with meticulous attention to detail.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, and prior experience in a high-end hotel or spa environment is highly valued. This part-time role offers a rotating schedule and access to associate benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury/upscale spa or hotel required.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Professional presentation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using appropriate equipment.
• Clean ovens, kettles, mixers and other kitchen equipment and maintain production areas.
• Safely set up and operate the silver burnishing machine; handle pieces for repair.
• Safely store cleaning chemicals and follow safety and conduct rules.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen production areas and adjacent spaces.

About the role:

The Steward will be responsiblefor the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation ofchina, glass, silver, kitchenequipmentand kitchen production areasin accordance withproduction requirements and quality standards whilemaintaininga safe work environment.

What you will do:

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishware and flatware from dishwashing machine and store properly.

• Clean and sanitize all ovens, steam kettles, mixersand other kitchen equipment as well as all kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls; clean, dust, seep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and buff kitchen and pastry shop production areas and hallways.

• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutions.

• Safely set-up, clean, andutilizethe silver burnishing machine to clean, polish, sort, and transport silver following a daily or weekly schedule;placedamagedor excessively worn pieces in a designated area for repair.

• Safelyutilizeand store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials including soaking solutionutilizingthe correct protective clothing.

• Comply withFourSeasons’Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth inEmPact.

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What you will do:

• Maintains the cleanliness of the locker room and fitness areas.

• Provides guests with a fitness and locker room orientation.

• Offers spa & fitness tours and canadvise ofSpa treatment options.

• Respond to all interactions in an efficient,courteousand professional manner to achievemaximumcustomer satisfaction and comfort.

• Distribute and stock towels, robes, swimsuits, toiletries, juices, fruits and other items or amenities needed in the area to provide guests with a level of service in keeping with a Four Seasons.

What you will bring:
