Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Steward for Hyatt Regency Cincinnati to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will wash dishes, keep the dishwashing area clean, and assist with basic food prep while maintaining high sanitation standards.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is preferred, with the ability to lift 25+ pounds and stay on your feet through shifts. Join a team focused on guest satisfaction and culinary excellence.

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
