Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises cleaning of floors, walls, baseboards, and equipment.
• Oversees sanitation and cleanliness of dish room and work stations.
• Handles waste removal and proper disposal, including recycling.
• Coordinates dish room tasks for timely sanitation and storage of dishware.
• Maintains organization and labeling of chemical products.
• Meets customer sanitation needs and service expectations.
• Assists in inventory ordering and weekly counts.
• Supports cross-training of stewards in dish room positions.
• Assists management with weekly/monthly cleaning schedules.
• Supports front-of-house duties as needed.
