Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain same to complement guest experience.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash soiled ware quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish machine per hotel standards.
• Operate burnishing machine for silverware finishing.
• Clean kettles and pots promptly for cooks.

Skills

Knowledge of service ware

Ability to push/pull service carts (150lbs)

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to grasp and carry goods (200lbs)
