Hei Hotels Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Stewarding/Dishwashing Associate to assist the Stewarding Supervisor and keep Food and Beverage outlets clean and organized.

You will sort, wash, and polish ware, operate dish and burnishing equipment, and help maintain sanitary, efficient kitchen areas. The role requires strength for high activity, reliable attendance, and the ability to work with diverse teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it for guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in cleaning and organizing Food and Beverage Outlets.
• Sort soiled ware promptly so it can be washed through the dish or pot machine.
• Wash ware quickly and return to storage areas per hotel standards.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water as required.
• Operate burnishing machine to ensure proper finish on silverware.
• De-tarnish and polish silver for proper appearance.
• Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly so cooks can work smoothly.
• Attend to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
