Job Summary

Perform duties to maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sweep and mop floors regularly to ensure safety and sanitation standards.
2. Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
3. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
4. Segregate and remove trash, steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
5. Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment.
6. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas safely.
7. Assist with banquet and front of house setup as needed.
8. Load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
9. Distribute supplies and utensils as required.
10. Follow all sanitation and safety procedures.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
