• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front‑of‑house set‑up.
• Assist with loading or unloading supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Saint Louis City Soccer Club – 2042 Pine Street, Saint Louis, MO 63103. Pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces as assigned.
• Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans in appropriate areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other food preparation machines and equipment.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe lifting standards.
• Assist with banquet table and front‑of‑house set‑up as requested.
• Assists with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
