Job summary

AC Hotel Phoenix, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a diligent dishwashing associate to support our culinary team in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant and banquets environment. You will maintain cleanliness, help prep and service areas, and contribute to a safe and sanitary kitchen.

Prior dishwashing or stewarding experience preferred. This role requires standing for long periods, light lifting, and teamwork in a hospitality setting located in North Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or stewarding experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and working in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
