Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Stewarding team. You will help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

As a Stewarding Associate, you will operate dishwashing equipment, assist with banquet setup and breakdown, and support the culinary team with basic food preparation while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate a genuine desire to satisfy guests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Capability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
