Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to join our Stewarding team, helping maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

As a Stewarding Associate, you will operate dishwashing equipment, assist with setup and breakdown of banquets and events, and support the culinary team with basic food preparation while following all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to learn and support team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces.
