A premier luxury casino and resort in California is seeking a Steward Dishwasher to manage dishwashing duties and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, capable of lifting up to 45 lbs, and available for flexible shifts including weekends. Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment and assisting kitchen staff. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for the entire shift.
• Capable of bending, stooping, using hands continuously.
• Ability to work in hot and/or humid environments.
• Must be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwashers and wash dishes manually when necessary.
• Follow sanitation policies and regularly sanitize equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the galley and perform occasional deep cleaning.
• Clean kitchen equipment as required.
• Assist kitchen staff and follow supervisors’ instructions.
