As a Dishwasher at Mason Street, you will work behind the scenes to help make our restaurant the best in Milwaukee by keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, emptying garbage cans, washing pots and pans, and loading and unloading the dishwasher.

Mason Street Grill in downtown Milwaukee has become a local favorite for delicious steak, hand-crafted cocktails, and jazz music. We offer great food, drinks, and exceptional service that guests can't find elsewhere. At Mason Street, we aim to serve experiences—whether it's the aromas, live music, or a refreshing cocktail after work—to ensure guests keep returning.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Organize clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional duties.

• Prior hospitality, cleaning, or janitorial experience preferred.
