Your role will involve keeping the kitchen clean and organized, washing pots and pans, and supporting the restaurant's operations behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment efficiently.
• Organize and store clean dishes and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage and general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety via sweeping and mopping.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and restock supplies.
• Assist in equipment setup and station preparation for service.
