Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa in Old Town Key West is seeking a dependable Steward/Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. You will help keep the kitchen spotless so chefs and servers can deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Previous steward/dishwasher or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen, Food & Beverage, and colleague dining areas.
• Wash and properly store all china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen work areas clean, sanitized, and organized throughout each shift.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and other Food & Beverage sanitation responsibilities as assigned.
• Support the culinary team by ensuring a steady flow of clean equipment during service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

The Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is looking for a dependable and hardworking Steward/Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. Located in the heart of Old Town Key West, our resort is just steps from the vibrant energy of Duval Street and home to Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen & Blue Mojito Bar.

As a Steward, you'll play a vital role in supporting our culinary and restaurant teams by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Your work helps ensure our chefs and service teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
