Hilton Daytona Beach is seeking a reliable Steward to join our fast-paced hotel team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dishwashing area, and assisting kitchen staff while following health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment in Daytona Beach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as required.
• Team player with good communication skills.
