Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa in Old Town Key West is seeking a dependable Steward/Dishwasher to support our Food & Beverage team. You will help keep a clean, sanitary kitchen and ensure chefs have clean equipment to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Previous steward/dishwasher or kitchen/hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen, Food & Beverage, and colleague dining areas.
• Wash and properly store all china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen work areas clean, sanitized, and organized during each shift.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and other sanitation responsibilities as assigned.
• Support culinary team by ensuring a steady flow of clean equipment during service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

The Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is looking for a dependable and hardworking Steward/Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. Located in the heart of Old Town Key West, our resort is just steps from the vibrant energy of Duval Street and home to Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen & Blue Mojito Bar.

As a Steward, you'll play a vital role in supporting our culinary and restaurant teams by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Your work helps ensure our chefs and service teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen, Food & Beverage, and colleague dining areas.
