Job summary

Summary:

Committed to the cleanliness, storage, andcondition of all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. Ensures the kitchenand prep areas are clean, free of clutter and safe.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensurecompliance with all policies and Code of Conduct as specified in theEmployee Playbook.
• Maintaina high standard of personal appearance and grooming, which includeswearing a clean uniform
• Committedto a clean and organized area.
• Abilityto take initiative and work without close supervision, staying productiveduring shift
• Operatesdish-washing equipment to ensure that all china, glass and silver arecleaned thoroughly and sanitized.
• Replaceall clean china, glass and silver in its proper storage location usingcare to minimize breakage.
• Washpots, pans and kitchen utensils following proper procedure for theircleanliness and sanitation, storing them in the proper location.
• Handlescleaning materials and chemicals safely
• Willingto assist other other team members as needed
• Demonstratesa helpful and warm attitude when encountered with guests.
• Beable to follow emergency procedures
• Promotingsafety by being alert to observe, correct and report any safety hazardsimmediately
• Cleanand maintain the appearance of the kitchen, staff restrooms, includingremoving debris or trash from ground if found
• Maintainthe cleanliness of the back dock and dumpster area.
• Reporton all maintenance issues behind house areas.
• Removetrash and recycle materials throughout shift
