Job summary

The Lytle Park Hotel, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support our Culinary and Stewarding team in Cincinnati. This role focuses on keeping dishwashing operations efficient and the dining areas spotless, enabling our luxury property to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience in kitchen or stewarding is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and kitchen spaces.
• Ensure proper storage of clean items according to hotel standards.
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and box breakdown.
• Support culinary team with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed.
• Maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Help keep banquet and restaurant operations running smoothly.

Our Culinary and Stewarding team plays a critical role in maintaining the pristine standards that define our luxury property. We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Steward (Dishwasher) to join our team.

This position will work the hours of 6:00PM - 2:00AM

What You’ll Do

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen workspaces
• Ensure proper storage of clean items according to hotel standards
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and breakdown of boxes
• Support culinary team with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Help keep banquet and restaurant operations running smoothly
