Job summary

Legends & ASM Global collaborate to redefine live entertainment experiences at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. This role supports the food and beverage program, delivering and restocking items across stands and concessions for game days, concerts, and major events.

The team emphasizes speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest service, with safety and sanitation standards guiding daily operations in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or concessions preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs.
• Food safety certification required or able to obtain.
• Available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF home games, and major stadium events.
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and restock food and beverage items to assigned stands, boutiques, and portables in a timely, organized manner.
• Ensure all deliveries meet Legends’ quality and presentation standards.
• Assist Stand Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and NPO with product replenishment and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas (club pantries, concession stands, portables, service areas).
• Support setup and breakdown of Local Eats areas, including equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with culinary, warehouse, and supervisory teams to meet service timelines.
• Assist in tracking inventory and product usage for Local Eats operations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Adhere to Legends Global’s uniform, grooming, and customer service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or catering management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver and restock food and beverage items to assigned stands, boutiques, and portables in a timely, organized manner, this may include pushing equipment up stadium ramps.
• Ensure all deliveries meet Legends’ quality and presentation standards.
• Assist Local Eats Stand Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) with product replenishment and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, such as club pantries, concession stands, portables and other service areas.
• Support setup and breakdown of local eats areas, including equipment and supplies.
• Communicate efficiently with culinary, warehouse, and supervisory teams to meet service timelines.
• Assist in tracking inventory and product usage for Local Eats operations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Adhere to Legends Global’s uniform, grooming, and customer service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or catering management.

Qualifications:

• Prior food service, hospitality, or concessions experience preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs, ramps, and elevators frequently.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF home games, and major stadium events.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Food safety certification required (or ability to obtain).
