- Ability to operate and learn to maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment: deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill.
- You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.
- Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
What You’ll Do
- Bus tables and ensure cleanliness of dining area.
- Position regularly involves lifting, pushing, pulling, bending.
- 80% mobility during the shift, 10% continuous standing.
- Cleaning and inspecting kitchens and food service areas and ensuring a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.
- Communicating with cooks and managers regarding needs and maintenance issues.
- Ensure the consistent execution of service standards.
- Cultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus community.
- Communicate efficiently with all divisions to create a memorable guest experience.
- Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach, and driven attitude.
- All other duties as assigned by the executive chef, back, and front of house managers.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- 1 year food & beverage experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly perform motions such as lifting, pushing, pulling, bending.
- Ability to perform at 80% mobility during the shift and 10% continuous standing.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Salary: $20.00-$22.00/hr
