• Ability to operate and learn to maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment: deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill.
• You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer.

What You’ll Do

• Bus tables and ensure cleanliness of dining area.
• Position regularly involves lifting, pushing, pulling, bending.
• 80% mobility during the shift, 10% continuous standing.
• Cleaning and inspecting kitchens and food service areas and ensuring a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.
• Communicating with cooks and managers regarding needs and maintenance issues.
• Ensure the consistent execution of service standards.
• Cultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus community.
• Communicate efficiently with all divisions to create a memorable guest experience.
• Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach, and driven attitude.
• All other duties as assigned by the executive chef, back, and front of house managers.

Education and Experience

• 1 year food & beverage experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform at 80% mobility during the shift and 10% continuous standing.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Salary: $20.00-$22.00/hr
